Blattinopsis laqueata
Taxonomy
Oryctoblattina laqueata was named by Scudder (1895). Its type specimen is Coll Lacoe 2136a, a tegmen (almost complete tegmen), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Kansas City, which is in a Stephanian terrestrial shale in the Chanute Formation of Missouri. It is the type species of Oryctoblattina.
It was recombined as Blattinopsis laqueata by Hörnschemeyer and Stapf (2001).
