Propalaemon osborniensis
Taxonomy
Propalaemon osborniensis was named by Woodward (1903). Its type specimen is BMNH In.24494, a carapace, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is King's Quay, which is in a Priabonian marginal marine claystone in the Headon Hill Formation of the United Kingdom. It is the type species of Propalaemon.
