Cretevania vesca
Taxonomy
Procretevania vesca was named by Zhang et al. (2007). Its type specimen is NIGP 140527, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Huangbanjigou, Shangyuan Town, NIGP collection, which is in a Barremian lacustrine - large mudstone in the Yixian Formation of China.
It was recombined as Cretevania vesca by Peñalver et al. (2010) and Li et al. (2018).
