Armania capitata

Taxonomy
Armania capitata was named by Dlussky (1999). Its type specimen is PIN 3800/157, an exoskeleton (poorly preserved winged female), and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Khetana River, outcrop 2/20 (PIN collection 3800), which is in a Coniacian lacustrine mudstone in the Amka Formation of the Russian Federation.
