Taxonomy
Tetractinella didymoctenia was named by Xu (1978). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Huanglianqiao, Tianjingshan Fm, Jiangyou County, which is in a Ladinian marine horizon in the Tianjingshan Formation of China.
