Taxonomy
Permonka unica was named by Rasnitsyn (1977). Its type specimen is PIN 2555/1060, a hindwing, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Madygen, PIN collection 2555, Dzhailoucho area, which is in a Ladinian lacustrine - small siliciclastic in the Madygen Formation of Kyrgyzstan.
