Taxonomy
Leda timorensis was named by Krumbeck (1924). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Fatu Neisoeaam, which is in a Triassic carbonate limestone in Indonesia.
It was recombined as Nuculana timorensis by Xu (1978).
