Struveaspis was named by Alberti (1966) [Sepkoski's age data: D Emsi-u D Eife Sepkoski's reference number: 1106]. It is not extant.

It was assigned to Phacopida by Sepkoski (2002); and to Phacopidae by Jell and Adrain (2002).
