Taxonomy
Persona incognita was named by Novokshonov (1995). Its type specimen is PIN 1700/4577, an exoskeleton, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Chekarda, Sylva River (PIN collection 1700), which is in a Kungurian deltaic siliciclastic in the Koshelevka Formation of the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Persona.
