Placidichthys bidorsalis
Taxonomy
Placidichthys bidorsalis was named by Brito (2000). Its type specimen is MPSC-P 288a and b, a skeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Placidichthys-type locality, which is in an Aptian marine horizon in the Romualdo Formation of Brazil. It is the type species of Placidichthys.
