Taxonomy
Munida quadroblonga was named by Schweitzer and Feldmann (2000). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is LACMIP 6938, Kydikabbit Point, which is in a Priabonian submarine fan siltstone/conglomerate in the Hoko River Formation of Washington.
