Paleolomatia menatensis

Taxonomy
Paleolomatia menatensis was named by Nel (2008). Its type specimen is MNHN-LP-R.63892, an exoskeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Menat (MNHN collection), which is in a Selandian crater lake diatomite in the Menat Formation of France. It is the type species of Paleolomatia.
