Praeangustothyris faticana

Taxonomy
Praeangustothyris faticana was named by Koczyrkevicz (1984). Its type specimen is BPI 706-341, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Sudoverf' Village, Cyrolexis ussuricum beds, Primorye, which is in a Capitanian carbonate limestone in the Chandalaz Formation of the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Praeangustothyris.
