Pseudosaukia was named by Rasetti (1944) [Sepkoski's age data: Cm Trep]. It is not extant. Its type is Dikelocephalus sesostris.

It was assigned to Elviniidae by Jell and Adrain (2002); and to Trilobita by Sepkoski (2002).
