Enteletes pentameroides was named by Waagen (1884). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Katwahi, middle region, Middle Productus-limestone, Salt Range, which is in a Wuchiapingian carbonate limestone in the Chhidru Formation of Pakistan.
