Liomopterina clara
Taxonomy
Liomopterina clara was named by Riek (1973). Its type specimen is NM 854ab, a wing (base of wing), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Mooi River Locality, which is in a Changhsingian delta plain shale in South Africa. It is the type species of Liomopterina.
It was synonymized subjectively with Liomoptoides similis by van Dijk and Geertsema (1999).
