Rhinopoupinia bicornis
Taxonomy
Rhinopoupinia bicornis was named by Feldmann et al. (1993). Its type specimen is USNM 457696 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Locality 20, southwestern Seymour Island, which is in a Maastrichtian marine siliciclastic in the Lopez de Bertodano Formation of Antarctica. It is the type species of Rhinopoupinia.
