Taxonomy
Timoroblastus wanneri was named by Yakovlev (1926). It is the type species of Sagittoblastus.

It was recombined as Angioblastus wanneri by Wanner (1931); it was recombined as Sagittoblastus wanneri by Yakovlev (1937).
