originally listed as belonging to the genus Cyrtorhina

Taxonomy
Cyrtorhina oblonga was named by Beschin et al. (1988). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Cava Main di Arzignano, which is in a Lutetian carbonate limestone in Italy. It is the type species of Claudioranina.

It was recombined as Antonioranina oblonga by Beschin et al. (2012); it was recombined as Claudioranina oblonga by Karasawa et al. (2014), Martínez-Díaz et al. (2017) and Schweitzer et al. (2018).
