Lysirude hookeri
Taxonomy
Lyreidus (Lysirude) hookeri was named by Feldmann (1992). Its type specimen is BAS IN 2397, a carapace, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Cape Wiman, La Meseta Unit II, which is in a Lutetian coastal horizon in the La Meseta Formation of Antarctica.
It was recombined as Lysirude hookeri by van Bakel et al. (2012); it was recombined as Lyreidus hookeri by Feldmann et al. (2003), Schweitzer et al. (2010) and Karasawa et al. (2014).
