Lyreidus rosenkrantzi
Taxonomy
Lyreidus rosenkrantzi was named by Collins and Wienberg Rasmussen (1992). Its type specimen is MGUH 21.597, a carapace, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Oyster-ammonite Conglomerate loc. III, Agatdalen, Nugssuaq, which is in a Maastrichtian offshore shale in Greenland.
It was recombined as Macroacaena rosenkrantzi by Tucker (1998), Schweitzer et al. (2003), Schweitzer et al. (2010) and Karasawa et al. (2014).
