Periacanthus ramosus
Taxonomy
Periacanthus ramosus was named by Artal and Castillo (2005). Its type specimen is MGSB 68.398, a carapace, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is 1.5 km southeast of Bacamorta, which is in a Ypresian coastal siliciclastic in the Roca Formation of Spain.
