Nanolestes mackennai
Taxonomy
Nanolestes mackennai was named by Martin et al. (2010). Its type specimen is SGP 2004/4, a tooth (right upper molar), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Liuhuanggou bonebed, which is in an Oxfordian/Kimmeridgian fluvial siltstone/sandstone in the Qigu Formation of China.
