Taxonomy
Dicromyocrinus subaplatus was named by Moore and Strimple (1973). It is not extant. Its type specimen is SUI 3317 (dorsal cup). Its type locality is Keough Quarry (Station 296), which is in a Morrowan marine limestone in the Morrow Formation of Oklahoma.
