Taxonomy
Sierola setigera was named by Brues (1923). It is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Baltic amber, Konigsberg collection, which is in a Priabonian terrestrial amber in the Russian Federation.
It was recombined as Eupsenella setigera by Brues (1933) and Spahr (1987); it was recombined as Lytopsenella setigera by Sorg (1988), Ohl (1995), Azevedo and Azar (2012), Ramos et al. (2014) and Azevedo et al. (2018).
