Asiogryllus asiaticus
Taxonomy
Protogryllus asiaticus was named by Sharov (1968). Its type specimen is PIN 371/57, a forewing (male forewing without small parts of apex & base), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Ak-Bulak-Say, Sogjuta, Issyk-Kul (PIN Collection 371), which is in a Hettangian/Sinemurian lacustrine - small siliciclastic in the Dzhil Formation of Kyrgyzstan.
It was recombined as Asiogryllus asiaticus by Gorochov (1985) and Pérez-de la Fuente et al. (2012).
