Orthophlebia germanica

Taxonomy
Orthophlebia germanica was named by Handlirsch (1906). Its type specimen is GPI EMAU 122/61, a forewing, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Dobbertin, Mecklenburg (Greifswald collection), which is in a Toarcian offshore claystone in Germany.

It was recombined as Synorthophlebia germanica by Handlirsch (1939); it was recombined as Mesopanorpa germanica by Martynova (1948) and Willmann (1978).
