Taxonomy
Carabilarva jurassica was named by Ponomarenko (1985). It is considered to be a form taxon. Its type specimen is PIN 3000/978, a nymph, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Novospasskoye village (PIN collection 3000), which is in an Oxfordian lacustrine - small siliciclastic in the Ichetuy Formation of the Russian Federation.
