Phyloblatta mactata
Taxonomy
Etoblattina mactata was named by Scudder (1895). Its type specimen is USNM 38081, a tegmen (fragment), and it is an impression. Its type locality is Cassville, which is in an Asselian terrestrial shale in the Cassville Shales Formation of West Virginia.
It was recombined as Phyloblatta mactata by Handlirsch (1906), Handlirsch (1906), Handlirsch (1920) and Handlirsch (1922).
