Notothyris gojraensis

Taxonomy
Notothyris gojraensis was named by Reed (1944). Its type specimen is GSI 16982, a valve (ventral valve), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is 3/4 mile N of Gojra, Salt Range, which is in a Wuchiapingian marine horizon in the Wargal Formation of Pakistan.
