Taxonomy
Cardiomorpha sublimosa was named by Reed (1944). Its type specimen is GSI 17180, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Chambalwala gorge, near 2nd waterfall, Narsinghphoar, Salt Range, which is in a Capitanian marine shale in the Wargal Formation of Pakistan.
