Taxonomy
Fulgora ebersi was named by Dohrn (1867). It is an impression. Its type locality is Birkenfeld, which is in an Asselian/Sakmarian fluvial-lacustrine siliciclastic in Germany.
It was recombined as Fulgorina ebersi by Goldenberg (1877), Scudder (1885) and Scudder (1885); it was recombined as Pseudofulgora ebersi by Handlirsch (1906), Handlirsch (1919), Handlirsch (1922) and Haupt (1941); it was recombined as Blattinopsis (Blattinopsis) ebersi by Müller (1977); it was recombined as Blattinopsis ebersi by Guthörl (1934) and Hörnschemeyer and Stapf (2001).
