Taxonomy
Redlichia shangnanensis was named by Yang et al. (1993). It is not extant. Its type locality is Yuejiaping, bed 5, which is in a Nangaoian/Duyunian deep subtidal shelf limestone/shale in the Wangjiadian Formation of China.
