Gerablattina uniformis in Scudder 1895 figure 9; Handlirsch states after creating this taxa that it is the probably same as Phyloblatta cassvilleana

Taxonomy
Phyloblatta regularis was named by Handlirsch (1906). It is an impression. Its type locality is Cassville, which is in an Asselian terrestrial shale in the Cassville Shales Formation of West Virginia.
