Palaeotupaia sivalicus

Taxonomy
Palaeotupaia sivalicus was named by Chopra and Vasishat (1979). Its type specimen is PUA I-5, a partial skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Haritalyangar Himichal Pradesh, which is in a Miocene terrestrial horizon in the Dhokpathan Formation of India. It is the type species of Palaeotupaia.
