Taxonomy
Flemingites lidacensis was named by Welter (1922). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Lidak (Owenites beds), which is in a Smithian carbonate limestone in Indonesia.

It was recombined as Anaxenaspis lidacensis by Brühwiler and Bucher (2012).
