Taxonomy
Yurgovuchia doellingi was named by Senter et al. (2012). Its type specimen is UMNH VP 20211, a partial skeleton (cervical, dorsal, and caudal vertebrae; and the proximal end of a left pubis), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Doelling's Bowl Bonebed (UMNH VP Loc. 1208), which is in a Berriasian/Valanginian terrestrial chert in the Cedar Mountain Formation of Utah.

Pubis without pubic tubercle.
