Otwayemys cunicularius

Taxonomy
Otwayemys cunicularius was named by Gaffney et al. (1998). Its type specimen is NMV P186116, a shell (a nearly complete shell), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Slippery Rock, Dinosaur Cove, which is in an Albian crevasse splay sandstone/mudstone in the Eumeralla Formation of Australia. It is the type species of Otwayemys.
