Arrhythmoblatta detecta
Taxonomy
Etoblattina detecta was named by Scudder (1895). Its type specimen is Coll Lacoe 2106 ab, a tegmen, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Cassville, which is in an Asselian terrestrial shale in the Cassville Shales Formation of West Virginia. It is the type species of Arrhythmoblatta.
It was recombined as Arrhythmoblatta detecta by Handlirsch (1906), Handlirsch (1906), Handlirsch (1920) and Handlirsch (1922).
