Taxonomy
Omolonella munugudjakensis was named by Dagys (1965). Its type specimen is IGiG 45/118 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Munugudzhak River, Pryamoy Spring, Omolon River Basin, which is in a Sevatian marine horizon in the Russian Federation.
