Taxonomy
Pennospiriferina pacifica was named by Dagys (1965). Its type specimen is IGiG 242/118 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Dzhugadzhak River, Korkodon River basin, which is in a Julian marine horizon in the Russian Federation.
