Taxonomy
Archimylacris (Etoblattina) hastata was named by Bolton (1911). Its type specimen is MPG 24501, a tegmen, and it is an impression. Its type locality is Maes-y-cwmmer (Gellideg level), Monmouthshire, which is in a Westphalian D delta plain siliciclastic in the United Kingdom.
It was recombined as Archimylacris hastata by Handlirsch (1922) and Bolton (1922); it was recombined as Necymylacris hastata by Schneider (1983) and Jarzembowski and Schneider (2007).
