Taxonomy
Pseudofusulinella obtusa was named by Skinner and Wilde (1965). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is C-7, Potter Ridge (Stanford no. 757 + 10 feet), Klamath Mountains, which is in a Sakmarian carbonate limestone in the McCloud Formation of California.
