Parachoristites volongaensis
Taxonomy
Parachoristites volongaensis was named by Barchatova (1968). Its type specimen is TsSGM 5,6/8229 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Volonga River above stone transition, which is in a Bashkirian marine horizon in the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Parachoristites.
