Taxonomy
Tomagnostella tenuis was named by Ergaliev and Ergaliev (2008). It is not extant. Its type locality is Kyrshabakty River, 1356-3, which is in a Sakian slope limestone in the Zhumabai Formation of Kazakhstan.
