Darvasia edelsteini

Taxonomy
Darvasia edelsteini was named by Likharev (1934). Its type specimen is TsNIGR 769/4424, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Tangi-Gor Gorge, southwest Darvaz, which is in a Kungurian carbonate limestone in the Safetdaron Formation of Tajikistan. It is the type species of Darvasia.
