Tinirau clackae
Taxonomy
Tinirau clackae was named by Swartz (2012). Its type specimen is UCMP 118605, a partial skeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is UCMP V74084 Red Hill fish quarry, which is in a Givetian marine horizon in the Denay Limestone Formation of Nevada. It is the type species of Tinirau.
