Lombardichthys gervasuttii

Taxonomy
Pholidophorus gervasuttii was named by Zambelli (1980). Its type specimen is MCSNB 4723, a skeleton, and it is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Ponte Giurino (Calcare di Zorzino), which is in an Alaunian basinal (carbonate) limestone in the Calcare di Zorzino Formation of Italy.

It was recombined as Lombardichthys gervasuttii by Arratia (2017).
