Tychon antiquum

Taxonomy
Helophorus antiquus was named by Giebel (1856). It is a compression fossil. Its type locality is Dinton, Vale of Wardour, Middle Purbeck, which is in a Berriasian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal horizon in the Lulworth Formation of the United Kingdom.

It was recombined as Tychon antiquum by Handlirsch (1906) and Fikáček et al. (2012).
