Brachymetopus jayae
Taxonomy
Iriania jayae was named by Archbold (1981). Its type specimen is IMC 58, a cephalon/head, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Ainim River 78NR196 (float), which is in a Kungurian marine shale in the Aifat Formation of Indonesia.
It was recombined as Narinia jayae by Archbold (1997); it was recombined as Brachymetopus jayae by Jell and Adrain (2002).
